What are Nedlogs ordering policies?
PROBLEMS: On the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged, or if you have any questions about it, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You must also note any damage with the carrier before you accept the package. RETURNS: If your order is undeliverable for any reason, the cost of return shipment to us plus a $5.00 service fee will be charged to your account. If two orders are returned, the account will revert to PREPAID ONLY without prior notice. To receive credit for a return, you must return product to us, in re-sellable condition, within 45 days of invoice date. Closeout and discontinued items may not be returned. RETURNED CHECKS: There will be a $25.00 charge on any checks returned from your bank as non-payable for any reason. No further orders will be shipped until the NSF is cleared. After an NSF has been cleared, the next three orders will be via certified funds only.
