The NC Flex Benefits consist of five different plans which are regulated by the IRS. All premiums or contributions to these plans are made on a pre-tax basis. These benefits include: Vision Insurance (Superior Vision Plan), Dental Insurance (CompDent), Accidental Death and Dismemberment (UNUM), Day Care Flexible Spending Account (AON), Medical Flexible Spending Account (AON).
