What are natural food sources that fuels Testosterone boosts?
There aren’t many “common foods” that help boost Testosterone, but there are a few. Fertilized chicken eggs have some added nutrients that helps support Testosterone production, but only give a minor boost per egg (and the more eggs you eat, the more cholesterol you have to worry about). I’ve actually seen a couple products on the market that go by that basis and sell an extract from that fertilized chicken egg to minimize the cholesterol and maximize Testosterone production.
