What are my Work Search Requirements while claiming benefits?
If you are not expecting to return to work for your last employers: You must be able to work, available for work and actively seeking work during each week claimed. If you are returning to work for your last employer, but not within 4 weeks, or you are unsure of when you will be returning to work: You need to stay in contact with that employer and begin to seek other work immediately.
