“Personal e-Coach will run on most computers with multimedia capabilities. If you bought your computer within the last five years and it can play sounds, then you can run Personal e-Coach. Personal e-Coach uses rich multimedia programming, and therefore does require a faster internet connection than a standard dial-up connection. Any DSL or cable connection will do. Here are the technical requirements: Computer: Pentium III 350 MHz or Apple G3 computer or faster Memory: 256 MB RAM minimum Display: Minimum 800 x 600 resolution with 16 bit colors or better Internet Browser: Any browser with Flash 6 or a newer version installed.
