What are my rights on boundary disputes?
If we perform a boundary survey and discover discrepancies either with the recorded deed description or evidence discovered on the ground we will notify you and discuss your options, at which time you may need to discuss your rights with and attorney. All disputes do not have to have an attorney or require litigation to resolve. You may be able to come to an agreement on an uncertain boundary line with your neighbor and file a boundary line agreement.
