I am guessing that you consider yourself as the “next of kin” or closest relative to someone who is in a hospital and want to know if you are entitled to visit, either over the medical objections of the hospital, or some other objection of the hospital, or the objections of your relative. The answer is no. You cannot force the hospital to let you in and you cannot compel your relative to see you.
