This is a correction to the phrasing of my question

My husband and myself have been married for nearly four years. We have been living in his house. He is a US permanant residant. He never applied for my residancy. He made me leave the US on a flight back to my country of origin four weeks ago because he said he was stressed and we had communication issues. Now he is filing for divorce, I’ve agreed to the divorce. He refuses to help me in any way. What are my rights? Thank you
