You have the following legal rights in relation to your credit reports: • the right to know about all the information in your credit reports • the right to free copies of your credit reports if denied credit within the past 60 days • the right to one free credit report from each credit bureau annually • the right to know the sources of the information • the right to remove erroneous, incomplete, obsolete, or misleading information • the right to remove any information that cannot be re-verified within the legal time • the right to add your own explanations for situations reflected on your credit reports • the right to know the name of anyone that has requested a copy of your credit report
