The dTV equipment we provide to our subscribers is the property of FairPoint and must be returned to FairPoint in five business days any time service is discontinued for any reason. Failure to return equipment or damaged equipment may result in a charge to your account. FairPoint will replace or repair your dTV equipment at no charge in the event of failure due to normal use.
