A. Whilst QT notifies the Office of State Revenue (OSR) of Licence sales it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the OSR to obtain the relevant documentation (Form 2.2 and Form 2.3 if appropriate) and then submit those details to OSR within 30 days of the transfer or agreement to transfer (whichever occurs earlier).
