What are my responsibilities during the Early Customer Program, and how much time will they take?
We ask that you conduct your business as normal, exactly as you do it today, but using Covad ClearEdge Office. To help us understand your overall experience, we ask that you fill out a feedback form regularly and submit to covadbeta@covad.com to get your feedback on the provisioning and installation process and product features. At the conclusion of the Early Customer Program, we’ll conduct a one hour focus group on your overall experience.
