What are my responsibilities as a Point of Contact (POC)?
As a Point of Contact (POC), you are responsible for serving as your offices primary contact for sending packages and locating shipping supplies, collecting waybills from all outgoing packages sent under your offices account number, receiving monthly invoices from DHL via email, validating invoices by comparing them against waybills and notifying the government Purchase Card Holder or Organizational Element Finance Office representative that the invoice has been validated OR advising of any discrepancies.
