What are my responsibilities as a cooperating repository?

Cooperating repositories must send a description of each indivdual collection to the NUCMC Team. In some cases the NUCMC cataloger will need to contact you with questions concerning subjects, persons, or institutions mentioned in the collection. Printouts of the cataloging records are then sent to you for review, revision, and correction and these corrections are then returned to us so that the corrections can be made.
