What are my responsibilities as a Co-op supervisor?
Your most important responsibility is to provide the student with a relevant, program-related learning experience. The supervisor, student and faculty coordinator develop a maximum of three (3) measurable learning objectives (MLO’s) that the student must meet during their Co-op experience. You will meet with the faculty facilitator during the on-site visit, provide ongoing supervision to the student, sign the student’s timesheets and, complete the employer evaluation at the end of the Co-op experience.
