WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITES AND WHAT ARE THE ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR VOLUNTEERS?
• As a Rep – we need you to be the ambassador of the program and get out in your community and sell Regal Fundraising – we call it a SPONSOR when you sign one up and since this new program involves just a little work you are asked to help them get the program started (get their logo to us for the web-store, get us the contact information and campaign dates, etc) and to be the liaison with Head Office. • The Fundraiser Organization & its Volunteer are primarily responsible for TRACKING & MOTIVATION. It is their job to track each order (the customer, fundraiser and Rep all receive a confirmation email with every order) and using the referral field know how they are doing and who need motivation. They also need to print out the starting letter and distribute to each participant with a catalogue.
