What are my outgoings once the home is purchased?
in most cases you have to pay for your electricity, gas, telephone and water consumption in some Parks/ Villages. You may also need to be part of the local club on the park which may include a joining fee and regular on going fees if applicable. We suggest you check with the Park/ Village owner before making a commitment to purchase a Park Home as to what fees are payable.
