What are my options in exporting data from Clarabridge® Self Service?
There are export buttons located at the upper-left corner of every report window and every preview window for your convenience. These export buttons can be used to export the data from any report as well as the full contents of any preview result set. The preview export can also optionally export the complete verbatim as well as the structured data associated with each verbatim. If you would like to export sentiment values and category mapping you may purchase a Data Export from the “orders” tab. The Data Export consists of three comma separated value files that provide you with verbatim level sentiment values and category associations. Please note to place the order you must be logged into the account for which you would like to purchase a Data Export.
