•      Many people who are lactose intolerant can still eat goat and/or sheep cheeses, and sometimes harder cow cheeses. We also have a selection of non-dairy cheeses made of rice, soy, or almond. Many of these have casein, a milk protein in them, so vegans and people allergic to milk enzymes can take advantage of our small selection of vegan cheeses.
