What are my options for filing a claim?
• After you incur an eligible expense, you have the option of submitting a claim online using Express Claims or completing a paper claim form and mailing or faxing it along with itemized documentation to PayFlex. Claims may be submitted anytime. Option 1: Submitting a claim online using Express Claims: • Go to vanderbilt.payflex.com • Click on Login and enter your username and password. • Once you are logged in, the Accounts screen will appear, select Express Claims on the left navigation bar. • Enter your claim information: type of expense, date of expense and the amount of expense. To add additional claims, select Add Row. • Once you have entered all of your claims, click Submit. • Confirm all expense details, then click Submit. If you need to make changes, click Previous. • Select “Fax” or “Upload” for your document choice. In order to upload your receipts, they will need to be scanned into a PDF format. • If you selected “Fax”, print and sign the form. Then fax claim and itemized r
