What are my options as a Covad DSL customer of an ISP who no longer provides DSL service?
You can take advantage of Covad Safety Net. If you are eligible for the program, Covad will provide a transition plan for your DSL connection. When you elect to participate in the Covad Safety Net program, your DSL and Internet access service will be transitioned to Covad.net. You will need to enter your last name and zip code in the transition tool to begin the transition process. Please note that if you order a new DSL connection, it can take 30 days or more to install.
