What are my obligations as a business owner under the Dee Johnson Clean Indoor Air Act?
Under the Dee Johnson Clean Indoor Air Act, business owners and managers are responsible for posting necessary signs, posting and maintaining a written smoking policy, and informing persons who smoke in violation of the law (in smoking-prohibited areas of the business or establishment under their control) that they are in violation of the law.
