What are my maintenance responsibilities as a homeowner?
The homeowner is responsible for maintaining the property in its original or ACC-approved appearance. The ACC Guidelines provide the colors and other rules for the appearance of the property. The homeowner is required to maintain the roof, exterior walls, porch, front steps, sidewalk, driveway (if provided), front yard, bushes and plantings, rear yard area, including the fence, and other areas that belong to the property.
