The Secrets of the Baby Whisperer is really great at establishing a routine early on. Like, from day 1. It has a lot of good advice and will adapt it to our lifestyle and our little guy. I think it’s important to have a routine, and a consistent lifestyle. They say he has a better chance of sleeping through the night earlier than most babies, if you adapt this structure into his life. I’ll let you know how that works out. He introduces the concept of “The calming reflex” that all babies have. He believes that babies are born 3 months too early. But, they have to be born because they are too big to stay in any longer.
