What are my charges if a procedure is not a covered Avesis Benefit?
A few services are specifically listed as exclusions on your Schedule of Benefits. You do not have any benefits for those services. Any service that is not specifically excluded may be available at a discount from the Participating General Dentist offices based upon the network fee schedule. Please refer to the Limitations and Exclusions with your Dental Fee Schedule for any limits on the dental care you can receive and the exact discount applicable in your area.
