So long as your other fallopian tube is healthy and clear of blockage . . . you should be able to go on, conceive and have a healthy pregnancy. It may take you a bit longer to do it naturally as many women alternate which ovary they ovulate from . . . so you would be out of luck on the cycle that you ovulate on the side without the fallopian tube. You should see your doctor and discuss this further – see if there was a reason for the miscarraige and if there is anything that they can do to help you conceive.
