What are my chances of getting through the selection process?
Given the nature of this programme, we expect that there will be huge demand from like-minded, aspiring pilots. The chances of being successful, therefore, depend on how well you prepare for the assessments and how well you can demonstrate that you are the kind of person British Airways is looking for. If you are unsuccessful through the FPP selection process, you may still decide to undertake some, or all, the flight training required to train as a pilot with CTC.
