What are my chances of getting one of my five hall preferences with a later application?

If you have a later housing application (March or April) or you are not yet assigned in May or June, you will most likely not be assigned to the following halls as they filled up quickly with earlier applicants: Villa del Puente, Pueblo de la Cienega, San Pedro, Pima, La Paz, Yuma, Coronado, Arizona-Sonora double rooms.
