Ivy League colleges do not award scholarships based on grades (pretty logical when you think about it since almost everyone that’s accepted has an impeccable academic record), but they do give out need-based scholarships. Most other prestigious colleges are the same, but I’m sure there’s exceptions. You can get merit scholarships from other sources, though. Your SAT scores are fairly low for top-tier schools, but if you’re a very under-represented minority that should help. It’s impossible to determine your chances at an Ivy League (especially without seeing your essays and reccommendations), but I would say Harvard/Princeton/Yale are high reaches for you, while the others are slight reaches (keep in mind that they are reaches for almost everyone). As for other “prestigious universities,” it depends on what you classify as prestigious. I’m sure you’ll get into good schools in any case.
