What are my annual dues and assessments?
The dues are the annual payments required to run Valle Escondido on an ongoing basis. An assessment is levied periodic for extraordinary requirements. Guest Fees are an optional fee that allow a members overnight guests to use Valle Escondido facilities. Invoices and Statements will be sent for dues and assessments on a periodic basis. Current fees can be seen on the Home Page of this website.
