What are Moments of Stillness and why are they important?
These are short pauses, (typically lasting 30 seconds), occurring after every 30 minutes of working at the computer. During a Moment of Stillness, a meditation, stillness or relaxation exercise is displayed. Several simple exercises are included and they can be performed discreetly even in the midst of a busy office. Even though this break is very short in duration, a Moment of Stillness really helps you to be still inside, rest for a few moments and then continue working again after a few seconds. Moments of Stillness also help to prevent muscle fatigue.
