What are Moji’s warranty terms?
Moji proudly offers a complete warranty against failure of its products for one full year from the date of purchase. Warranty is void if unit has not been used according to printed instructions, or if the heat or cold cell is damaged or shows evidence of overheating or misuse. If failure of Moji products should occur, contact Moji Customer Service at (800) 593-2045, or customerservice@gomoji.com, to return the defective product with proof of purchase.
