As a contract employee of IEA, you are paid an hourly rate which includes “holiday” and “sick pay” these are calculated based on the following rates (and are subject to change): Sick leave – 4%; Annual leave – 7.7%; Bereavement leave – 0.77% Public holiday allowance – 4%
