On the Friday of Week 4, all teachers submit midterm grades. Midterm grades reflect how students are doing halfway through the session. Midterm grades will not appear on students’ final transcripts.

• In freshman year, all full-time students receive an evaluation of their work through the middle of the semester; thus they most often represent an assessment of all the work students have completed up to the midpoint of the semester rather than a reporting of midterm examination grades.
