A Bus Rapid Transit shelter is proposed for the property on the corner of Penn Avenue N and West Broadway Avenue owned by MetroTransit. MetroTransit staff has expressed a willingness to work with the developer selected to redevelop the Delisi property on designs for the portion of the property not needed for the bus shelter.
