There are 2 options. First using your credit card. Second is using QuestNet E-Card. E-Card is like a prepaid card where you can top up the amount in the card. If your country has QuestNet’s representative office, you can go there and hand in the bank draft for QuestNet (Hong Kong address). They will give a card number together with pin number. If your country doesn’t have the representative office, you can send the bank draft to QuestNet (Hong Kong address).
