What are Mercers plans for one consolidated database?
In 2002 Mercer took the first step to consolidate our databases. We combined eight of our national surveys into one database. The surveys included in this consolidated database are: • Corporate Marketing and Communications • eCommerce • Executive • Finance, Accounting and Legal • Human Resource Management • Information Technology • Logistics and Supply Chain Management • Metropolitan Benchmark This consolidated database allows you to market price positions within a single database rather than in separate survey databases. For instance, if you purchase the Finance, Accounting and Legal survey, the Human Resource Management survey and the Information Technology survey, you only need to go to the single database to look for market data on the positions in those surveys. In future years Mercer will continue to add more surveys into our consolidated database.
