What are medical, welfare and hardship grounds?
These are often exceptional or extreme circumstances and supporting information would be required in order for us to consider your housing register application. These apply where your current housing makes a condition or situation worse or if the condition or situation itself makes occupation of your current home so difficult that re-housing would greatly improve that condition or situation.
