Many employers have programs that contribute or “match” donations made to nonprofit organizations. The donor should check with his/her human resources (HR) department to confirm if a matching gift program is offered. Please note: For the matching gifts to count towards your minimum pledge, matching gift forms must be received prior to the fundraising deadline, August 26, 2009.
