What are Managed Services or DIY Solutions and which is better?
A. If you don’t have the time or skills to configure and tune Software, or indeed the budget to buy it and pay the service fees, then a Managed Service could be best for you. Managed Services are installed and hosted on our servers. A Customer’s incoming emails are filtered by Spammunize before being sent on to your own network. We take care of all in-life configuration and updates, you take care of your business. Note that a major advantage of a Managed Service is that all filtering takes place before the email reaches your server, reducing server-load, system management tasks, and bandwidth on your internet connection. However, depending on your business circumstances, in-house technical skills etc., choosing a DIY Solution may well be the better choice for you.
