What are maintenance fees and how are they computed?
Your maintenance fees represent your share of the common costs to operate and maintain Kaanapali Alii. Your Board of Directors prepares and approves a budget each year in advance. Your percentage interest in the property as stated in the Declaration is multiplied by the total costs of operating the property to calculate your maintenance fee payment.
