MAC pigments are in a little plastic clear jar with a black screw on top. There is a clear sealer inside which protects the 7.5g / .26 oz of product from spilling out of the jar cap. They come in a black box from the store. Inside comes the challenge. There are many types of MAC pigment. Some are available at www.maccosmetics.com and some are only sold through www.macpro.com DIFFERENT FINISHES Some of the finishes have a large particle surface which is shiny and reflective and gives a very opulent appearance to the pigment Many of the older pro colors have that finish. FROST (icy white), LILY WHITE(cream white), ROSE GOLD(rose w/ gold shimmer), and STEEL BLUE(warm dark turq with gold shimmer) are examples of this finish. It tends to be chunky and not as smooth in appearance. Some of the finishes are more finely milled but they still have a shiny appearance- oftentimes, they are duochromatic. PINK PEARL(cool pink w/ violet duochrome), BLUE BROWN (red brown base w/aqua shimmer), GREEN BR
