What are “lunar phases” and how do they relate to getting pregnant?
As far as I’ve been told over my time, and common sense kind of tells me that it relates to regular ovulation periods. Like, before the day of the calender women used the moon’s phases to “map out” when they’re ovulating, and when their periods would start. It’s not so much hippi-ish as much as it is… seriously old school.
