What are LookAhead’s target markets?
LookAhead’s potential market is vast. There are nearly 500,000 small- to medium-sized U.S. companies with sales of between $2 million and $20 million. To give you an idea how big the market is, if you talked to 100 of them a week, it would take you almost 100 years to talk to them all. LookAhead sees its initial “sweet spot” as sales organizations employing between five and fifty salespersons. While the company is currently focusing its efforts on sales organizations, it is finding a positive reception in other enterprise areas with the need to track customer contact. These include accounting and collections, with one Florida-based collection agency currently serving as a company beta site.
