DHL DHL Express- 1 to 4 working days (Courier) DHL Global Mail- 4 to14 working days (Not courier but ordinary mail) Speedpost (Singapore Post) EMS Air Courier- 1 to 6 working days (Courier) Standard Air Parcel- 2 to 14 working days (Courier) Tracking and Item Number Once your order is processed, the number would be available online in your user account, and printed in the Performa invoice. The Performa invoice will be sent to customers by email once the order is shipped from our warehouse. EMS Air Courier, a tracking number would be given. Standard Air Courier- an item number would be given. DHL Express- a tracking number would be given. No Tracking Number For DHL Global Mail DHL Global Mail does not offer tracking number as the package is sent as ordinary mail package. When it reach the city where your shipping address, it would be handled and delivered to you by your local post office.
