What are LocalNetLD´s PICC, USF fees, andCarrier Recovery Charges?
The FCC imposed PICC fee is $4.31 per Business line. Residential lines will not be charged a PICC fee. The FCC imposed USF (Universal Service Fund) of 10.7% will be charged on all interstate and international calls. There is also a Carrier Recovery Charge fee of a $.99 monthly. This surcharge will be assessed 99¢ per account per month in order to recover costs the Company incurs with regard to TeleRelay service, National Number Portability and Federal Regulatory fees. This surcharge will appear as a separate line item on your invoice.
