What are live bookmarks/RSS Feeds?

Live Bookmarks are something that Firefox implements that allows you to add bookmarks that update as new content is published. Instead of having to always go to the site to see if something has changed you can just view the dropdown of the latest items published and see if something is new When you add a live bookmark you will see an orange icon. When you click on this a dropdown with all published content will show up and when you click on it, you will go to that item.
