What are Lighthouse Photographys terms and conditions for wedding photography?
(1) CONFIRMATION – This quotation is valid only when booked and guaranteed by deposit. The minimum deposit is 25%, The next payment (50%) should be made 6 months before the wedding. The remaining balance (25%) is due 2 weeks before the wedding. (2) EXPENSES – Any and all extra costs shall be passed onto the client, all efforts will be made to inform client of any extra charges. This includes but is not limited to any extra costs associated with travel, transport, parking, printing, location booking fees and extra time.. (3) LIABILITY – The photographer(s), limited by state and federal legal requirements, will not bear any liability towards injury, damage of persons or property. (4) MEALS – For every 6 hour period engaged- a meal should be provided to the photograher(s). (5) OTHER PHOTOGRAHERS – Photograhers who behave in a disruptive or professional manner will be asked to stop, This includes other wedding suppliers such as but not limited to DJs, This also includes guests with SLRs.
