Contact your doctor if any of the more serious side effects occur such as diarrhea; lack of coordination; problems with memory; weakness; palpitations; vomiting; trouble concentrating; hallucinations; weakness or shortness of breath. You may develop an allergic reaction to Lexapro and signs of this could include hives; skin rash; trouble breathing or swollen throat, mouth, tongue, lips or face. You should get medical help immediately if you notice any of these signs after taking Lexapro.
