weights and reps dude, i study neurotransmitters and hormones for a living trust me testicular atrophy is a very high price to pay for geting buff quick i cant advise against steroids strongly enough, i mean if not for the potentially fatal cardiac volume increace they cause at least consider it makes your balls shrink and can lead to being sterile

Exactly, you can use every steroids or supplement out there but it won’t help you if you don’t bust your ***. Just train hard, eat right (not only supplements, but whole foods like rice/meat etc) and be CONSISTENT.
